What it is
A pack of 10 O-rings manufactured by Glow-worm, part number 0020015129. These seals are used on the Glow-worm Xtramax HE gas boiler to provide a watertight joint at the point of fitment. They are supplied as a multi-pack so a full set of seals can be renewed in one go.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible weeping or dripping at the joint the O-ring seals
- Water staining, scale or corrosion around the seal seat
- The O-ring has hardened, flattened or cracked with age and heat cycling
- The seal has perished or swollen and no longer sits correctly in its groove
- A joint that continues to seep after the component has been refitted
Before you order
- Confirm your appliance is a Glow-worm Xtramax HE
- Check how many O-rings the job requires against the pack quantity of 10
- Inspect the seal seat and mating faces for damage or debris before fitting
- Verify the part number 0020015129 against the manufacturer's parts list for your model
