What it is
The Glow-worm condense syphon kit, part number 0020013711, is a condensate trap assembly for Glow-worm CXi, HXi and Ultracom gas boilers. It collects condensate produced during combustion and discharges it to the boiler's condensate drain. This kit replaces earlier code 801663.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water leaking from the boiler casing or from the condensate pipework
- Boiler locking out or displaying a condensate-related fault code
- Gurgling, bubbling or slow-draining noises from the syphon area
- Visible cracks, blockages or scale build-up in the trap body
- Water pooling beneath the boiler
