What it is
The Ravenheat UPVC grommet for the condensing heat exchanger outlet (part 0014PAS09010/0) is a sealing component fitted where the condensate outlet passes through the condensing heat exchanger casing. It seats the outlet and prevents condensate from escaping around the joint on Ravenheat CSI and HE Primary AAA appliances.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Condensate weeping or dripping from around the heat exchanger outlet
- Visible cracking, hardening or deformation of the grommet
- Water staining or corrosion marks around the outlet on the casing
- Condensate tracking onto adjacent components instead of draining away
