What it is
The Ravenheat Fan 230V is a combustion fan assembly for Ravenheat 120 Combistore and CSI 120 T Combiplus LOW NOX boilers. It draws air into the combustion chamber and discharges flue gases, and runs from a 230V supply. It is supplied under part number 0012VEN11015/0.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The fan does not run when the boiler calls for heat, so ignition is not reached.
- Grinding, rumbling or scraping noise from the fan bearing as it spins.
- Intermittent fan operation, with the boiler locking out and resetting when the fan starts again.
- Visible damage to the fan blades or housing, or signs of overheating around the fan motor.
- Flue or combustion faults traced to poor air flow through a worn fan.
Before you order
- Confirm the boiler model on the data badge matches one of the models listed above.
- Check the existing fan is marked 230V before ordering.
- Compare the mounting and electrical connections of the removed fan with the new part.
- Read the manufacturer part number from the old fan where it is still legible.
