What it is

The Ravenheat 0012GEN05005/0 is a printed circuit board control box used in Ravenheat CSI-series gas boilers. It carries the main control electronics that govern ignition sequencing, burner modulation, pump and fan operation, and the appliance's safety interlocks. It is supplied as a complete control box assembly rather than a bare board.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The boiler fails to fire, or locks out repeatedly with no obvious ignition or gas supply fault.
  • The control panel display is blank, or indicator LEDs flicker or stay dark when power is applied.
  • The fan, pump or diverter does not run when there is a call for heat or hot water.
  • Heating and hot water become erratic or intermittent, with the boiler responding inconsistently to demand.
  • The burner cycles short, or the same lockout code returns immediately after each reset.
