What it is

The Ravenheat 0012CIR06025/0 is a printed circuit board for the Ravenheat CSI 85 series of combination boilers. It is the main control board, handling ignition sequencing, burner modulation, fan and pump control, and the safety interlocks that supervise the appliance during a demand for heat or hot water. The board is supplied as a single unit and is used across the CSI 85 AAA and CSI 85 AAAT variants in both natural gas and LPG versions.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The boiler fails to fire, or fires and then locks out shortly afterwards
  • No heating or hot water is produced even though the appliance is calling for it
  • The display or indicator LEDs are blank, erratic or unresponsive
  • The fan or pump does not run when a demand is present
  • The appliance runs intermittently, with random lockouts or repeated reset attempts

Before you order

  • Check the GC number and the appliance data badge to confirm the board matches your CSI 85 variant.
  • Confirm whether the boiler is the AAA or AAAT version and whether it is set up for natural gas or LPG, as the board is listed against both fuel types.
  • This part is fitted to a gas appliance; installation must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
