Ravenheat Sensing and Spark Cable CSI 82/84/100 0012CAV08020/0

The Ravenheat sensing and spark cable is an HT lead that runs between the boiler's control components and the electrodes mounted at the burner. It carries the high-tension spark that lights the gas at the ignition electrode, and returns the flame signal from the sensing electrode back to the control board. It is used across the Ravenheat CSI 82, CSI 84, CSI 85 and CSI 100 appliance families.

• The boiler attempts to ignite but no spark is produced at the ignition electrode.
• Repeated ignition attempts followed by a lockout, with the burner failing to light.
• The burner lights briefly then shuts down because no flame signal is returned to the board.
• Intermittent ignition faults that come and go, often worse when the lead is disturbed.
• Visible damage to the lead: cracked insulation, scorching, a loose crimp or a broken connector at the electrode end.

• Check the GC number or serial plate on the appliance against the compatibility list to confirm the correct lead for your model.

• Inspect the electrode and its gasket or seal at the same time, as these are commonly disturbed when the lead is replaced.
