What it is
The Vaillant 0010025928 is a left-hand edge casing panel for the outdoor unit housing. It forms part of the outer casing assembly on Arotherm 5/5 and Arotherm PLUS /6 air source heat pumps, closing off the left edge of the unit. It is a cosmetic and protective panel that shields the internal components from weather and debris.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible cracks, splits or holes in the panel
- Impact damage or deformation from knocks during handling or servicing
- Corrosion or paint loss along the panel edge
- Panel no longer sits flush or clips securely to the casing
- Missing panel leaving the unit's left edge exposed
Before you order
- Confirm the exact model and revision of the outdoor unit against the fitment list
- Check that the left-hand edge panel is the section requiring replacement, not the front or right-hand panel
- Verify the part number 0010025928 against the manufacturer's parts list for your unit
- Inspect the surrounding casing fixings for damage before refitting
