The Ideal 000471 is a union gas cock with Rc3/4 threaded connections at both ends. It forms the gas isolation point on the appliance, letting the gas supply be shut off at the boiler for servicing, pressure testing or safe isolation. Ideal lists this cock against its Commercial Concord range, where it is fitted in the gas train ahead of the burner assembly.
